Atta Insurance Agency & Taxes was founded in 2023 by Elizabeth Perez, after many years working in the insurance and tax industry. Going independent wasn't easy, but it opened doors and, most importantly, let her build a community of clients she's proud to serve.
Many of Elizabeth's clients are hardworking entrepreneurs, a number of them immigrants, who came here ready to work, build businesses, and create opportunities for their families. They know their trade inside and out. What they're often unsure about is what comes next: how to open a business, get the right permits, and stay compliant with the State and the IRS.
That's where Atta comes in. We guide our clients from A to Z, from opening as a sole proprietor or LLC, to obtaining sales tax, USDOT, and Texas DMV permits, to securing the insurance coverage that protects everything they've built.
More than anything, we want to be known for our honesty and the pride we take in helping our clients grow, confidently and in the right direction.
